Sales/Training Specialist (Remote)
Job Description
SoundCure is seeking a passionate, highly motivated, audiologist with expertise in sales/fitting of hearing instruments, hearing evaluations, and counseling. As our Sales/Training Specialist with an ability to interact with customers remotely, you will from your home office and leverage your clinical education/knowledge and practical clinical experience to introduce, sell, and train hearing healthcare professionals on a breakthrough device for the treatment of tinnitus. Your superior understanding of the technology and articulate communication skills will contribute to your success and enable you to hit the ground running. You will manage the execution of your business plan to build a client base and meet company objectives. Your keen business sense sets you apart and is critical to generating new business and launching a new product with a start-up professional medical device company. You are well-organized and astute at prioritizing, and you have a strong sales orientation and partnering skills to both close and nurture new business. We will rely on your references to verify your self-motivated, customer-centric demeanor, as you go the extra mile to increase market share, while never settling for status quo as you meet and exceed your goals.
Key Focus Areas:
1) Sales management and support (no direct reports) and quota achievement
2) Remote site training of hearing healthcare professionals, and ability and desire to interact directly with patients in the proper situations

Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 2-3 years of documented, proven success as a practicing audiologist within the hearing healthcare industry is preferred. Tinnitus training or experience treating tinnitus patients a plus.
- Experience in audiology/medical device sales and training a huge asset.
- Ability to work independently within a start-up, entrepreneurial team setting.
- Experience and success introducing new device to patients preferred.
- Experience training healthcare professionals on an office based technology preferred.
- Demonstrated closing ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly effective computer and presentation skills.

As our Territory Manager, you will leverage your experience selling audiology medical devices, or health care related products, to build a client base within your territory. Your superior understanding of technology and articulate communication skills will contribute to your success and enable you to hit the ground on the go each day, selling a break through technology based device for treatment of tinnitus to audiologists, ENT’s, GP’s and healthcare professionals where you will manage the execution of your business plan and meet company objectives. Your keen business sense sets you apart and is critical to generating new business and launching a new product with a start-up professional medical device company. Being well-organized and astute at prioritizing, along with your proven "closing the sale" techniques will all be key contributors to your success.
